A personal guided tour of our facilities is a great opportunity to find out how we can best meet the needs of your family.
Tours can take place Monday to Friday and are a great way for you to see our children's learning environments and meet our friendly team of educators. The tour is a great time to discuss your child's individual needs, our inclusions, the educational program, how we communicate with your family, the enrolment process, fees and availability.

To proceed with enrolment, our centre manager will send you through an online form to complete. This will confidentially capture important information for your child's enrolment.
A copy of your child's birth certificate, immunisation history statement and other important information will need to be attached in the form.
If you require any assistance with the form, please speak to one of our friendly team.

An orientation visit can be arranged to take place prior to your child's first day of care. This visit will enable your child and family to familiarise themselves with our service and educators before commencing care.
It is also a great opportunity for families to provide important information to our educators regarding your child's daily needs and routine.

Educators use OWNA to capture your child's achievements throughout the day with photos, notes and stories.
As a parent, you (and your chosen family members) will have a secure login to access a snapshot of what your child does throughout the day via the OWNA parent app (available for iPhone, iPad or Android).
Enrolling at Wattle Road Early Education Centre
What happens after the tour?
After the tour, our centre manager will send you through a direct link to our online enrolment form. Through there, you can include all the important information required to ensure your child is well looked after.
We accept childcare applications for future enrolments and placements are offered as they become available. Once you have submitted enrolment, we will also arrange orientation, allowing your family to start building a supportive and collaborative relationship that will continue throughout your child’s early education and care journey with us.

Completing the Enrolment Form
There are a few important items of information that you will need to complete the form
Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN)
This is a unique identifying number with Centrelink. If you do not have a CRN or are unsure where to find this, visit the Centrelink website here
Please note: Your CRN and your child's CRN is different and cannot be the same.
Your Child's Birth Certificate
If you do not have one, you can order this online via MyService NSW website here
Your Child's Immunisation Record
Your child's latest immunisation record downloaded from Medicare/MyGov. Instructions on how to download can be found on the Services Australia Website here.
Photo ID of All Emergency Contacts
- Photo ID of anyone you would like to authorise for pick up/drop off or contact in case of emergency.
- Please note, any authorised person for pick up must be over 18 years of age
Any Relevant Medical documents
A medical management plan (or action plan) for any diagnosed medical condition such as asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis, etc.
Dietary Restrictions
If your child has any dietary restrictions, please ensure that is specified if there is a medical diagnosis or if it is for personal reasons
Orientation
Settle in before you start
You’re invited to join us for an orientation, where you can experience our centre firsthand, prior to starting in our early learning community. These sessions not only allow your child to explore their new environments but also provide their teachers and educators with the opportunity to get to know your child on a deeper level.
Our team will learn all about your child’s daily routines, likes and dislikes, ensuring that both you and your child feel comfortable and supported right from the start.
Orientations generally go for approximately 30-45 minutes and is free of charge.
